CREM · Commercial Real-Estate Monitoring

Your bank portfolio, under control.

CREM combines collateral monitoring, valuation, cadastral data, GIS and automated risk analysis in one secure environment.

CREM GIS application with a site map and property data card
A collateral map, photographs and key asset data in a single window.

Why CREM

A single view of value and its year-on-year change, data and risks for every property.

Portfolio monitoring

Continuous year-on-year review of commercial properties, their values, changes in the Land Registry and compliance with mortgage rights. A unique tool on the commercial real-estate monitoring market.

GIS all in one

The valuation subject, mortgage rights by creditor, valuation data, cadastre, RUIAN, map layers, flood zones, noise maps and risks are all connected in a single mapping application. A base map, orthophoto map and cadastral map are standard. Everything all in one, clearly arranged.

Banking-grade security

We either run the entire monitoring on our side and deliver only finished reports, or we offer a highly secure connection for automated data transfer and user access via ADFS for displaying data and GIS tools on the client's side. Secure data exchange with banking systems via API, verified and audited. CREM meets all security requirements for data connections with a bank, portfolio manager or owner.

PDF and XML reporting

A structured, customisable report for each property/portfolio, including automated data exchange. We deliver the report in PDF and XML format for machine processing on the client's side. We can adapt to your needs.
