Property Valuation

A property valuation that holds up

We are a certified expert office, not a calculator. Our valuations rely on data from the cadastre, realised prices and our own analytics — for a single flat as well as a portfolio of commercial properties.

Sources

What the Value Is Built From

  • Real Estate Cadastre and RUIAN — ownership, legal defects, liens and technical attributes.
  • Market data and realised prices — comparative analyses and statistical models for the given location.
  • Map and risk layers — floods, noise, accessibility, surrounding development.
  • Our own CORE application — unified calculations and outputs, so the valuation is repeatable and verifiable.
  • An extensive, market-unique database, cadastral price data, GIS (geographic information system) and data tools serve as the data source for every new valuation or update.

Frequently Asked Questions

What You Most Often Ask

What is the difference between a valuation and an expert appraisal

A valuation supports decision-making — sale, purchase, internal revaluation. An expert appraisal is a formal document with evidentiary weight for court, probate proceedings or a bank. We prepare both and can advise which one you need.

How much does a property valuation cost

The price depends on the type of property, the scope of documents and the purpose. Send us the address and the purpose — we will provide a specific price and deadline.

What do you need for a valuation

We usually just need the Certificate of Title number and the name of the cadastral area; documentation of the property, information about leases and the possibility of an inspection are also useful. You will receive the exact list of documents in the initial offer. We work digitally, so we retrieve the Certificate of Title or other cadastral documents ourselves.

Do you also value properties online, without an inspection

An inspection is important for valuing real estate, a business or movable assets. Automated revaluation of an entire CREM portfolio is carried out without an inspection.

Send us the address, the Certificate of Title number, the name of the cadastral area and the purpose of the valuation. We will get back to you with a price and a deadline.
